Florence Bank, a mutually-owned savings bank serving the Pioneer Valley through 9 branch locations, has topped the list of Banker & Tradesman’s “Top Three Mortgage Lenders of Hampshire County,” published May 30.
Banker & Tradesman is a weekly newspaper published by The Warren Group, which collects and compiles data on real estate sales and ownership throughout New England. The Warren Group publishes a number of magazines including Banker & Tradesman and The Commercial Record. Based in Boston, the company was established in 1872.
Their May 30 report listed the three top mortgage lenders in Hampshire County; Florence Bank topped the list with an 11.46% market share.
