Laurie Davison, former CEO of Adsensa, has been named Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Bill Hewitt, Exari Group CEO. Melissa Mape, formerly in-house counsel for Adsensa, has been named General Counsel for Exari. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Davison was most recently CEO of Adsensa, and has spent over 18 years working in the technology and insurance sectors both as a provider of services and as a customer. Before Adsensa, she spent 5 years as COO for Faraday Re and Faraday Syndicate 435. Prior to Faraday, she spent 12 years with Xchanging working in a variety of implementation, customer success and executive leadership roles.

Mape joined Adsensa from Allen & Overy LLP where she worked in the corporate team specializing in employee benefits and litigation. Prior to that, she started her legal career at Osborne Clarke where she was a litigator in the corporate and commercial team.
