George Patsio, Founding Partner of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, confirmed today that the 10+ year old company, which operates 21 locations throughout Massachusetts, has purchased a building at 85 Albion Street and is in the process of preparing to relocate the current office, located at 29 Albion Street, to a state-of-the-art, fully renovated office space.
“CENTURY 21 Commonwealth has had a strong local presence in Wakefield,” Patsio said, noting that the company’s present location has provided real estate services for over nine decades. “We have helped so many Wakefield residents find new homes, and now it’s our turn!”

This latest move closely follows the Grand Opening/Ribbon-Cutting ceremony held in nearby Lynnfield, at the company’s new 36 Salem Street office. State Representative Brad Jones and Lynnfield Selectman Phillip Crawford were among the local officials who attended and commended CENTURY 21 Commonwealth on its growth and commitment to the community.
