Taurus US Logistics Fund I, LP acquired five (5) logistics properties on May 5, 2017, following last month’s announcement of the closing of the fund vehicle with $157 million of equity commitments. This initial investment, comprising of 2,724,356 SF was acquired at a total purchase price of $150,000,000.

The portfolio of properties are centrally located in Atlanta, GA, Greater Providence, RI, & Memphis, TN. Anchor tenants include Staples, Accredo Health, Lotus&Windoware, Inc., SiliganHoldings, and Peco Pallet which account for 44.4% of the occupancy levels within the assets. Overall occupancy currently stands at 93.5%.
