Evernote cofounder Phil Libin has stepped down from General Catalyst Partners to help launch the AI-focused incubator All Turtles, according to news reports.

Libin was managing director at General Catalyst, and will take the title of CEO at All Turtles. He will continue at General Catalyst as a senior advisor.

The San Francisco incubator has already provided support to nearly a dozen projects, but hasn’t said much about the size of its deals or how much money it’s raised. It launched in October and calls itself a “startup studio.
