Studio will occupy 3,420 square feet at The Abbey Group’s residential luxury building

The Abbey Group, a Boston-based residential and commercial developer, is delighted to announce that CorePower Yoga, America’s leading yoga studio, will be joining the The Viridian in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.

The CorePower studio will occupy 3,420 square feet at modern luxury residential building The Viridian, located at 1282 Boylston Street in the heart of the bustling Fenway. Joining Blaze Pizza and honeygrow, who also occupy retail space at The Viridian, CorePower Yoga will offer an intensely physical workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga, a unique combination for Viridian residents and Fenway neighbors.

Today, CorePower — known for its workout that is physical and mindful — has more than 170 studio locations nationwide. Designed with green building practices in mind, using recycled products and sustainable materials, the Fenway studio with mirror all others by employing the latest technology to efficiently heat the practice rooms. Boston community members are encouraged to take advantage of the studio’s limited-time founding rate on Black Tag Memberships. People who sign up prior to the studio opening will receive 25 percent off unlimited yoga.

CorePower Yoga at The Viridian is a welcome addition and natural extension of the health and wellness amenities available to residents.

The studio is scheduled to open in the fall of 2017. The deal was brokered by The Dartmouth Company.
