100%-leased Suburban Hartford market asset sold to Boston-area investor
CBRE/New England announced today that it has successfully negotiated the sale of 100 Corporate Drive, a fully leased, ±69,000 SF Class A office building located in Windsor, CT. The property was sold by an affiliate of Ryan Companies US, Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, to Bradstreet & Chandler, LLC, a Boston-based entrepreneurial real estate firm, for $5,200,000.
CBRE/NE’s John McCormick and Patrick Mulready represented the seller and procured the buyer for this transaction. Upon sale, CBRE/New England will also handle both the leasing and property management of the building.

100 Corporate Drive is a signature, two-story, ±69,000 SF Class A office property located just off Interstate 91 at Exit 38 in the Day Hill Corporate Area of Windsor. Constructed in 1984 with extensive renovations recently completed, the property is one of the best-located office properties in Windsor. The property is currently fully leased to long-time tenant ADP, with the balance leased to Sedgwick Claims Management, UL, Health Management Services, Oxford Global and LGCY Power.
