Proverb Preps For Siena at Ink Block Opening

Proverb continues it’s award-winning branding and design work with real estate developers as they prepare marketing material for National Development’s Siena, 79-unit luxury condominium scheduled to open in Boston’s Ink Block early in 2018, according to Proverb’s Managing Director, Daren Bascome.

The Proverb Team created a :30 second spot for National Development for use online, with social media outlets and their sales office.

Using the voiceover of Proverb’s own Christina Pinkus and local modeling talent, the video gives viewers a look a at ‘perfect day’ and the amenities of living in the Siena neighborhood accompanied by an adaptation of H.W. Longfellow’s “A Day of Sunshine.”

Creative credits belong to Creative Director and MD Daren Bascome, Copywriter and Lead Strategist Molly O’Brien and Director and Cinematographer Patrick Burns.

The assignment was made on the reputation of the agency and billings for the assignment were not disclosed.

The South End development will be comprised of varying sized units including studios, one, two, and three bedrooms. Siena will bring a unique, new concept to Boston: maisonettes – loft-style units with ground floor terraces. This unique product offering, coupled with a rooftop ‘Sky Lounge’, will create even more dynamic amenities for our customers,” according to National Development’s Managing Partner, Ted Tye.
