Menard Dalton, who joins the Private Client group, focuses her practice on divorce and family law including pre-marital, divorce, and child custody cases. She received a J.D. from the New England School of Law in 2006 and a B.S. from Saint Michael’s College in 2003. 

Khalarian, who joins the Business Law group, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and represents buyers and sellers in complex transactional matters, including stock purchases, mergers and asset acquisitions/dispositions, with a concentration on the technology, health care/life sciences and industrial sectors.  He received a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 2007 and his B.S.B.A from Northeastern University in 2003, having majored in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Welo, who joins the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, focuses his practice on employment discrimination and business litigation matters. He received a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2010 and a B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2004.
