Business Attorney David Renauld Joins Foley Hoag as Counsel

David Renauld has joined Foley Hoag LLP as Counsel in the Business Department. Renauld’s practice will focus on representation of clients in commercial agreements and other general business counseling matters.

For the past eighteen years, Renauld was the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary for Proxim Wireless Corporation, a publicly traded high-technology manufacturing company. Renauld was responsible for overseeing all of Proxim’s legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; advising on U.S. and international human resources issues; drafting SEC filings; and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, NASDAQ and other legal requirements.

Renauld was previously an attorney at law firms Mirick, O’Connell, DeMallie & Lougee in Worcester, Massachusetts and Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington, Delaware. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School.
