Patrona Corporation, a leading small business service provider to the U.S. Navy and DoD, today announces the appointment of Joseph Novak as Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2017.  Mr. Novak, a founder of Patrona, was previously serving as President.  Mr. Novak succeeds Paula Lyon (former CEO and a founder of Patrona) who will remain with the Company as Senior Executive Advisor.

Mr. Novak has more than 30 years of program and technical support experience. His knowledge and insight related to acquisition, maintenance, design and construction, modernization, technical and logistic programs, technical analysis, quality assurance and engineering logistics, makes him the logical choice for CEO.
