Team represents The Panther Group in three separate office transactions in Boston, Maynard and Portsmouth, NH

Senior Vice Presidents Ned Halloran and Leeanne Rizzo of NAI Hunneman (formerly of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) recently completed three lease transactions for The Panther Group totaling 20,000 SF of office space at three locations. Over the course of the past 18 months Halloran and Rizzo have helped The Panther Group strategically grow its footprint by relocating and expanding its 3 key offices in the Greater Boston region including the recent lease pact to relocate its corporate headquarters to Mill & Main in Maynard where it will occupy 11,000 SF. Additionally the workforce solutions firm is leasing 6,000 SF at 40 Summer Street in Boston; and 1,200 SF at 100 International Drive in Portsmouth, NH.

The landlords in these transactions were represented by John Gifford & Richard Beal of Perry Brokerage (40 Summer Street); Sam Crossan, Bob McGuire and Rob Walles of CBRE (Mill & Main); and Two International Group (100 International Drive).
