The newly promoted Directors are Sandy Catulo, CPA and Barret Pinto, CPA, MST, members of the Tax Group; and Jennifer Violette, CPA, a member of the Accounting and Auditing Group. All three newly promoted Directors work out of the Boston, MA and Providence, RI offices.

Sandy is a member of the High Net Worth Individuals Practice. She has nearly 15 years of experience providing tax planning services to high net worth individuals and individuals at private equity organizations. Sandy is well versed in complex individual returns that involve multi-state reporting and foreign tax compliance. In addition, she has experience working with trusts, privately-held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Sandy received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Barret has over 10 years of experience providing tax consulting, planning and compliance services to private companies and publicly-traded multi-national companies in a variety of industries, including life science, technology, manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive experience providing ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) services, including assisting with ASC 740 processes and implementation. Barret focuses on providing international consulting services, including reporting, structuring of transactions and transaction analysis. He also provides federal and state tax consulting, planning and compliance services for C Corporation, S Corporations and Partnerships. Barret received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bryant University.
Jennifer has over 10 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to privately-held businesses focused primarily in the private equity and venture capital, professional service, distribution and retail industries. She is a member of the Employee Benefit Plan and Private Equity & Venture Capital Practices. As part of the employee benefit plan audit practice, Jennifer works with defined contribution plans, 403(b) plans, pension plans, defined benefit plans, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
