Baker Newman Noyes Promotes Five, Welcomes Three Employees in Massachusetts

Baker Newman Noyes (BNN), one of the nation’s top 100 accounting and consulting firms, recently shared news of five promotions and three new hires in its Boston and Peabody offices.

Boston, Mass.

  • Iwona Pyskaty, CPA, MST, of Saugus, Massachusetts and originally from Poland, was promoted to supervising senior in the tax practice. Pyskaty earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, and a master’s degree in taxation from Suffolk University. She specializes in international and corporate tax matters, including expatriate tax and global mobility services.
  • Meredith Fuller, CPA, was hired as a manager in the audit practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, and her master’s degree in accounting from Suffolk University. Fuller specializes in the retail and healthcare industries. She serves as a board member on the Accounting Alumni Board at Suffolk University and has volunteered at various organizations throughout Boston.
  • Charles Balyozian, of Arlington, Massachusetts, was hired as a staff member in the tax practice. Balyozian earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He is currently working toward his master’s degree in taxation from Northeastern University. Balyozian focuses primarily on serving C Corporations.


Peabody, Mass.

  • Angelo Spaneas, CPA, was promoted to senior manager in the audit practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bentley University. With more than 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, Spaneas specializes in serving financial institutions ranging from small community banks to publicly-traded financial holding companies registered with the SEC.
  • Daniel Tartarini was promoted to senior in the audit practice.
  • Jason Brooks, of Gloucester, Massachusetts, was promoted to senior in the audit practice. Brooks earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Salem State University.
  • Sophie Wang was promoted to senior in the audit practice.
  • Charlotte Greenwood, of Newton, New Hampshire, was hired as a staff member in the audit practice. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Greenwood is certified as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance tax preparer and specializes in the banking industry.
