Talent management solutions firm adds 9,000 SF at TradeCenter 128

For the second time in two years, HealthcareSource is growing at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. The current 9,000-square-foot expansion, expected to be completed this month, brings its total footprint to 40,000 square feet.

HealthcareSource, which provides talent management solutions for the healthcare industry, has experienced rapid growth in its five years at Cummings Properties’ landmark business campus. In the first quarter of 2016 alone, the 21-year-old firm increased HealthcareSource, led by CEO J.P. Fingado and CFO Bryce Chicoyne, offers talent management solutions for the healthcare industry that include applicant tracking and onboarding, reference checking, behavioral assessments, performance management, compensation analysis, learning management, and e-learning courseware.
