Avwatch, a Plymouth, MA, business delivering aerial reconnaissance, real-time motion video and tactical networking services to government and commercial clients, announces Larry Gagliano as Field Operations Specialist.

Gagliano, a resident of Haymarket, Virginia, will operate from the Washington, D.C., metro area.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the homeland security and disaster recovery industry, Gagliano brings a wealth of knowledge to his post with Avwatch. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of Domestic Operations & Airborne Networking with Alpha Omega Change Engineering in Williamsburg, Virginia. His extensive career includes tenure with the National Reconnaissance Office of Rockwell Collins and as Deputy Directorate for Systems Engineering with BAE Systems Integration.

Gagliano, who served in the Air Force and retired from active duty in 2004 and again from the Reserves in 2014, spent several years working at the Pentagon; there he was the Air Force expert on Rover Equipment and Gear.

He is a graduate of Strayer University with a bachelor of science degree in computer information systems.
