154-unit apartment community sold

CBRE/New England’s Capital Markets team today announced the sale of Coppermill Park, a 154-unit garden-style apartment community located at 3101 Stagecoach Road in Stoughton, Massachusetts. CBRE/NE’s multi-housing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, Fairfield Residential, and procured the buyer.

Built in 2010, Coppermill Park is located in Stoughton on the Canton line and offers exceptional access to both I-93 and I-95/Route 128 and the surrounding employment centers. The community was developed under Chapter 40B with 75% of the units at market and 25% of units at 80% of AMI. The property consists of three four-story elevatored buildings with a mix of 55 one-bedroom apartments, 53 one-bedroom with den units and 46 two-bedroom apartments on approximately 8.57 acres of land. The apartments range in size from 710-1,042 square feet with an average size of 873 square feet.
