A new Boston-based venture firm Underscore.VC has launched, according to its website. Michael Skok, an ex-general partner at North Bridge Venture Partners, is a co-founder and investing partner. Other co-founders are C.A. Webb, a former executive director of the New England Venture Capital Association, and John Pearce, who previously worked at Actifio, Demandware and AppIQ. Also, Chris Lister is joining the team as executive-in-residence after previously serving as chief revenue officer/senior vice president of sales and marketing at Constant Contact.
