$200M Nashua Street Residences Approved for North Station
The Boston Redevelopment Authority has approved the $200 million development from AvalonBay Communities, CBT Architects, Exclusive Real Estate, and Goulston & Storrs at the project site bounded by Nashua Street, Partners Healthcare, North Station, and the Thomas P. O’Neill Federal Building.
The 636,551 square foot project includes 503 residential units, including 27 affordable units, and 3,575 square feet of retail space.
The 32-story Nashua Street Residences will include a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and 32 three-bedroom units. The Residences will also include 219 parking spaces.
A two-story public retail arcade encouraging pedestrian circulation between Nashua Street and Causeway Street is part of the project, as is pedestrian streetscape improvements to Nashua Street and Lomasney Way.
