BOSTON -- A real estate investment managed by William Fideli has completed a $6 million offering.
Orion UNH, LLC attracted five investors.
Fideli runs William Fideli Investments, an investment company focused on acquiring and managing single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through sale-leasebacks. The firm is based in Boston.
Fideli is also a Principal at South Bend, Indiana-based Ceres Partners. He was previously the Founder and Managing Partner of Taurus Corporate Properties and a vice president in investment banking for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey. He started his financial career as a credit analyst for Bank of America.
As Fideli specializes in development and acquisition of student housing, it is possible that the new investment refers to a project at the University of New Hampshire.
