WALTHAM, Mass.-A seminar, "The Year of Disclosure: New Regulations and Legislation Impacting 401(k) and 403(b) Plans," will be held in Waltham, Mass., on March 9. The meeting is sponsored by the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC), which advances knowledge and education in employee benefits.
Topics include plan sponsor fee disclosure and regulations, an overview of fee disclosure regulations, the new definition of fiduciary, fiduciary distinctions, retirement-income solutions and target-date fund issues.
The speakers are experts with top regional benefits consultancies and law firms.
NEEBC's Strategic Connection Series is designed for experienced benefits professionals seeking in-depth knowledge of benefits-related topics and issues. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from and interact with subject-matter experts and peers.
