HOPKINTON. Mass. -- John T. (Jack) Mollen, Executive Vice President, Human Resources at data storage company EMC Corp. (EMC) sold 100,821 shares of company stock for $2.63 million.
The transaction was completed on February 3, 2012, according to an SEC filing. Mollen sold the shares at $26.13 per share. He currently holds 411, 971 shares, worth $10.85 million at EMC's Wednesday closing price of $26.33.
Prior to joining EMC in 1999, Mollen was Vice President of Human Resources for Citigroup's Global Operations and Technology organization. Before joining Citigroup, he held a series of management positions with Harris Corp.
