Construction Management firm J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. has completed the corporate headquarters for Joule.
The team, consisting of building owner Boston Properties; project managers Facilities Management Consultants; architect Packard Design and Biotecture; and AHA Consulting Engineers, the MEPFP engineers; converted 45,000 square feet of vacant space to new offices and laboratories that will accommodate Joule's development as a producer of renewable fuels and chemicals.
