Prominent Boston stocks slipped despite little change in the market, finishing down 1.1%. Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 0.1%, the NASDAQ closed up 0.3%, and the S&P 500 closed unchanged.

Biggest Gainer
Tuesday's biggest gainer in Boston was Vistaprint Limited (NASDAQ:VPRT). Shares closed up 2.5% to finish at $40.37. On volume of 463,375, the stock changed hands at 1.1 times its average over the past three months. Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDIX), another big gainer, rose 1.7% to finish at $12.11 on volume of 3.2 million.

Biggest Loser
The stock hit hardest on Tuesday was Arqule Inc. (NASDAQ:ARQL). Shares closed down 6.9% to finish at $7.29. Trading on volume of 226,593, the stock changed hands at 0.9 times its three-month average. The runner up loser was Casual Male Retail Group Inc (NASDAQ:CMRG), finishing the day at $3.15 (-4.3%) on volume of 76,677.
