BROCKTON, MA -- Pamela Oliver Stephenson, principal at Horizon Business Valuations, LLC, has earned the CFFA (Certified Forensic Financial Analyst) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Ms. Stephenson said that this certification complements her existing CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) designation, because a significant portion of her valuation business focuses on divorce matters where the value of a business and marital income are paramount to an equitable settlement.
A licensed CPA, she also holds the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) designation. The Tiverton, RI native earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, as well as a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to founding Horizon Business Valuation LLC in 2000, she pursued a career in public accounting at the accounting firms of Hague & Sahady in Fall River, Fisher & O'Donnell, in Attleboro, and Sharkansky in Brockton.
