QUINCY, Mass. -- 382 Communications Corp. raised $1.6 million in an uncapped offering from 11 investors.
CFO John Skinner was named in the related SEC filing.
Prior to joining 382, Skinner was the Vice President of Finance for RNK Communications, a Massachusetts-based provider of telecommunications services.
The company is led by CEO Dan Koch, the founder of RNK. Later, he worked for MCI Communications as a national account representative. After 6 years with MCI, he returned to RNK to build the company's VoIP platform and lead the sales effort for VoIP services.
Quincy, Mass.-based 382 Communications provides voice, data, and network services to telecommunications service providers and enterprise clients .
