"Second Block of Commonwealth Avenue - Seven Unit Building"
BOSTON, MA - Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) today announced that the ownership of 86 Commonwealth Avenue has retained the firm to sell the asset.
Notable architect T. P. Briggs designed the seven-unit building in 1877. The French Academic style brick building has four stories including the basement. Additionally, the property includes three tandem parking spaces allowing parking for six cars.
Christopher Sower, Managing Director & Partner of Boston Realty Advisors notes, "86 Commonwealth has so many potential uses, it could be an incredible condominium conversion, or potentially a single family." Jason S. Weissman, Principal and Founder of Boston Realty Advisors added, "It is extremely rare to find a building with such period detail that has been meticulously maintained. Details include hand carved marble mantels, a mahogany staircase, wainscoting and ornamental crown moldings."
BRA will exhibit the property and will offer tours of the asset to qualified buyers. Information on the asset and the sales process can be found at www.86Commonwealth.com
