Yuji Koga Joins Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management as Managing Director

Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management today announced that Yuji Koga has joined the firm as Managing Director.
Koga joins Reynders, McVeigh from Mauna Kea Capital Group, LLC where he oversaw portfolio management, research, and trading operations. Prior to this, Koga worked at Thunderstorm Capital, LLC, a startup firm at which he contributed fund processes in addition to taking on tasks from clientele development to configuring an in-house portfolio management system. In addition to being a voting member of the Thunderstorm investment committee, Koga was responsible for conducting contrarian investment research, portfolio creation and allocations, and client development.
Previously, Koga was Senior Vice President and a voting member of the investment committee at Dreman Value Management. In that role he focused on deep contrarian value investment research and assisted in the portfolio management of the firm's small cap portfolios. Koga has a dual degree from James Madison University in financial engineering and computer information systems.
